Jason showed my husband and I several properties, we discussed around 50, maybe more. His knowledge abounds in his job. He was available late in the day several times, even put an offer in for us around 8 pm. Happy stands out, not discouraged when our offer wasn't excepted and a house sold to someone else, he pressed on to find an even more perfect house. Jason was very punctual with every call/text myself or my husband put through. Often we were both asking questions at the same time and didn't know till later. He answered every time, promptly and individually. My husband and I were most likely difficult clients, but he never showed it. We needed a perfect yard, perfect neighbors, perfect location. We couldn't say exactly what we were looking for. We were very fussy about the distance to work or stores and home. Needed a flat yard, not too big, with a fence. Home with no stairs. (Hard to find in the northwest). Jason even showed us houses, with permission, from other listing agents. No hassles, immediate responses, happy, and knowledgeable in everything we needed from square footage to paint. Although we found a home relatively fast, Jason worked hard to find it for us. We were in a time crunch before the need to sign a new annual lease. His personality was why we chose him. He really owns his smile, and i feel it is not just a face plant. Thank YOU Jason Mohr!
